Senior Organisational Change Manager - long term Contract

Due to increased project requirements, my client a leading global outsourcing business has a new opportunity for a Senior Organisational Change Manager to join their growing project team.

Working with a dedicated customer you will be delivering a large scale strategic approach working with specific frameworks and metrics.

TO BE CONSIDERED AND SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- A minimum of 10 years' experience working within an Organisational Change Management Role
- A minimum of 5 year's experience planning and managing change on technology implementations
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Practical experience developing bespoke client Strategies and Plans to manage business transition and change
- Managing a team to deliver change activities, on time, on budget and to the clients agreed success criteria
- Qualifications or working knowledge of Prince 2 and MSP
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Experience working with Prosci Change Management tools and templates
- Significant proven experience leading systematic and sustained change activities
