Senior Order Manager Intra-Group Supplies with profound SAP knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
- 5+ years' working experience in a Supply Chain role in a pharmaceutical environment including customer service and vendor management
- Strong background in SAP usage and Office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, WinWord and Visio
- Proven Order Management and Project Management skills, ideally in a cross-functional project
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing communication and service for complex supply chain set ups and customer - supplier relations while achieving operational excellence in terms of quality, cost and compliance
- Being responsible for timely order management and supporting the implementation of new Supply chain set-ups and improvement projects
- Performing order confirmation and inbound system booking for manually placed orders
- Ensuring timely and compliant implementation of regulatory relevant changes as well as GMP and regulatory requirements
- Supporting regular updates on Supply Parameters with affiliate and supplier in SAP system
