DESCRIPTION 
Database Support for Oracle Upgrade for EAMS includes Oracle database, OWB and Data warehouse components. The scope of this work will be to perform related work, support and train State staff how to upgrade, replace, correct, enhance and manage these components and how to incorporate these changes in the EAMS application 

Requirement: 
At least five (5) years of Oracle database version 9.0 or newer experience, one year of which must be 11g. 
At least Two (2) years of combined Data Warehouse and Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) experience. 
Demonstrable or other evidence of problem-solving and analytical skills including identifying business and software requirements. 
Demonstrable or other evidence of performing database upgrade, performance tuning and re-engineering. 
Demonstrable or other evidence of training skills. 
Ability to work in a team environment, either as team member or team lead. 
Experience in data replication, archival, backup and recovery. 
Knowledge and/or experience in workers' compensation systems 
Experience with Solaris/UNIX. 
Experience with Oracle performance tuning tools. 
Experience with Oracle database monitoring tools. 
Provide three (3) references for each proposed consultant. 
All proposed consultants must complete this Exhibit which is included as part of the Offer. 

PROJECT REFERENCE REQUIREMENTS: 
LIST THREE (3) COMPLETED PROJECTS AS REFERENCE. 
THE PROJECT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: 
1.PROJECT WAS FOR DATABASE PROGRAMMING USING COGNOS. 
2.PROJECT WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED WITHIN THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS. 
SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MEANS THE PROGRAMMING CODE WAS PUT INTO PRODUCTION. 
3.PROJECT HAD A DURATION OF A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST SIX (6) MONTHS
