Senior Oracle HCM Manager

The increase of cloud based technologies continues and we continue to view our clients demand technology support. There is a high demand of outstanding consultants to help develop HR technology advisory capabilities leading to large scale HR transformation.

This is an opportunity to build thought leadership and influence within a rapid growing business industry. The ideal candidate would need to be diligent and strong informed ideas. You will have excellent communications skills and a proven track record of delivering expected outcomes.

On the technical side you must have understanding of Oracle HM cloud with at least one full implementation of 2 or more modules.

Job Specification
This is a high profile position within the team requiring an individual of business development/sales origination and client delivery.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:
-Lead the delivery of high quality Oracle HCM cloud deployment projects.
-Provide specialist Oracle HCM Cloud advice and work closely with the client leads to maximise the benefits of Oracle HCM functionality.
-Support the client through process configuration in Oracle and enable them to optimise their processes and maximise the benefits.

Required skill and qualification

-Oracle HCM Cloud certification
-Oracle HCM system design, build and deployment experience
-Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
-Detailed working knowledge of how HR services are delivered at the proves level.
-Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members at least 3 complete, full life cycle Oracle implementations

Experience and background

-At least 5 end to end Oracle HCM implementations.
-Experience of PeopleSoft, Taleo or Oracle eBS HCM with significant exposure to any of the Oracle HCM Cloud.
-Experience in working with all phases of in implementation life cycle.
