Senior Oracle Engineer

For one of our clients in the financial industry I am currently looking for a Senior Oracle engineer for a contract position in Zürich.

Main responsibilities

- Recognize the most suitable solution of all Technology Infrastructure Services product offerings to suit the client requirements
- Work with different PMs and their teams and advise them on architectural and solution options
- Move alongside business and development managers across the company, to add additional value to the portfolio of business applications and develop new infrastructure solutions
- Stakeholder management
- Prepare detailed design documents

Ideal Profile

- Strong background with Oracle Database Server technologies and components
- Good knowledge of hardware server technologies
- Experience with SAN/NAS technologies and storage replication
- HP Proliant Blades know- how would be a plus
- Ability to understand requirements and offer solutions
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Fluent English, German language would be a plus
