Aufgaben:

-    Implementation of all necessary operative tasks to guarantee maintenance of operation
-    Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs
-    Ensure global IT support based on follow-the-sun organization as well as 24/7 on-call-duty
-    Incident resolution, Incident management
-    Implementing changes, Change management
-    Installation of new versions, patches
-    Close customer contact during operative work
-    Supplier management for incident related communication
-    Documentation of all executed task in a ticket tool and CMDB
-    Support in implementation Data Center Move

Skills:

-    Experience in database operations/ management: rman, backup and restore, Simpana knowledge helpful, EM 12c monitoring
-    Profound experience in performance analysis & DB tuning
-    At least many years’ experience with Oracle in production support
-    Several years' experience in Dataguard and production
-    Extensive OS knowledge for Linux / Shell Scripting
-    Very good and applicable knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Dataguard
