A Senior Oracle Database Developer is required for a position at a leading international investment manager based in the Greater Boston Area. The role will focus on the design, development and support of a key business platform that provides reports and transactional data to the company's external users. The platform has been built in Oracle and requires someone with extensive PL/SQL Stored procedure experience as well as a good grasp of database architecture. Tasks will involve designing new database applications, performance tune existing applications, and working closely with business users and other technical teams such as DBA's to gather requirements and resolver performance issues. The company use's the most up to date technologies and creates innovative applications which provide unique challenges.
