Senior Optimization Engineer

Job Description:

Senior Optimization Engineer from Europe, Australia or North America

The Optimization job role purpose is to improve the overall service quality to ensure business consistency.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

*Responsible for effective network performance improvement for 2G &. 3G networks.

*Responsible for Network quality in his/her area of operation.

*Responsible for introduction and tuning of features

*Responsible for field tests as required for new features and/or HW

*Responsible for customer contacts within area of responsibility (geographical or other)

*Responsible for design and improvement strategies within area of responsibility

*Report as required internally/externally

Qualifications

Main Tasks:

*Manage day to day 2G Data Network performance activities within area of responsibility

*Analyze network KPIs daily for degradation and propose action plans for improvement

*Introduce, analyze and propose use of new features

*Supervise and guide Drive Test resources on testing methodology and route plans

*Perform network quality benchmarking

*Deliver radio network performance audits for Data

*Discuss optimization strategies with customers

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

*B.Tech - ECE or Equivalent degree

Preferred Qualification and Experience Requirements

*7 to 8 years of Optimization Experience

FRENCH WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS
