Driving a site to deliver on SLAs to achieve first class customer service. You will have experience of leading a team or achieving results through others using established coaching techniques. You will lead the teams to ensure effective, efficient and compliant delivery of the business service plan and goals. Using regulatory control frameworks to assess impact of decisions through policies and procedures, establish adequate governance and control.
