Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting on behalf of a large financial client based in the North East for an initial 6 Month contract with a high likelihood of extension!
The successful candidate will need the following experience:
1. Extensive experience within a call/contact centre environment
2. Experience of leading teams to increase standards
3. Experience within complaints handling/PPI
4. Able to drive processes forward
5. Experience within banking/financial sector
