My Marketing Client is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to run their B2C Programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their international trading programme to ensure the selected markets achieve their sales targets within the allocated budget.

The role will manage 3 direct reports as well as leveraging the skills of a number of internal and external partners. Therefore the Senior Manager must have excellent communications skills.

The role holder will be responsible for delivering against the plan through ongoing improvement of the seller's experience of the programme, You will have direct responsibility for all services & targets. The Operations Manager must therefore be target driven and used to working within a sales based environment.

They will also be called upon to develop the strategy used by providing insights into how to improve buyer and seller experience.

Essential Skills:
-Excellent B2C experience
-A strong background and wealth of knowledge within Sales
-Excellent Operations Management
-Able to deliver strategic plan in a complex global business
-Excellent relationship management experience
-Strong experience within the retail/service industry
