* Educated to degree level (2:1 or higher) in a numerate or computing based degree. A post graduate degree in statistical analysis or similar field would be advantageous.
* Previous experience of and sound knowledge of data analysis techniques and report template creation.
* Previous experience in a large organisation analysing high volumes of orders across multiple platforms is essential, experience of working within the Telecoms industry would be preferable.
* Previous experience of building strong and lasting working relationships with senior stakeholders is essential.
* Previous experience in producing and delivering bespoke presentations to a senior level audience is essential.
* Essential technical skills include sound working knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel. The following skills would be an advantage: SAP Business Objects, SharePoint 2010, Oracle and Visual Basic.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
