Senior Information Security Officer / Head of Function

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 + competitive bonus + benefits

Location:Central London

A rapidly growing global luxury sales company with over 50 offices globally is looking to hire a Senior Information Security Officer to establish, develop and head up the firms IT Security function. This role is as a result of continued growth and forward thinking business strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

* Establish and embed IT Security principles and capability within the organisation
* Identification and analysis of information security risks, taking account of the threats, vulnerabilities and their impacts and ensuring active management of issues to resolution.
* The design and implementation of a coherent and comprehensive suite of information security controls and risk mitigation and treatment options to address those risks that are deemed unacceptable.
* Adoption of an overarching management process and framework to ensure that the information security controls continue to meet information security needs on an ongoing basis.
* IT Security governance, management and audit of new initiatives and projects
* Review and identify physical/app security issues/concerns that may impact security

Ideal Skill Set/Experience:

* Proven experience building Information/IT Security frameworks, policies, standards and underlying strategy for an international firm.
* Relationship management and business facing consultancy skills: with the ability to face off to, negotiate with and persuade stakeholders regarding key deliverables.
* Strong Information Security knowledge: Authentication/ App Security/ Identity Management/ Pen Testing and Security Architecture
* Strong Risk Assessment and Audit Process knowledge within Info Sec
* Information Security Project and programme delivery
* CISSP/CISA/CISM accreditations or similar
