This is an initial three month opportunity with the potential to extend. In that time, you will be managing a Ward but also driving forward a change agenda, this will involve engagement of key stakeholders and ensuring an optimal performance is driven from nursing operations.
This role will suit someone who is Nursing qualified and has worked at Senior Nurse/Matron level.
We will consider someone for a 4 day week.
