· NHS Experience in an Information\Intelligence Department in both Commissioning and Provider
· SQL Server and Microsoft Business intelligence Programming and Developing experience 5+ Years
· Knowledge of the Urgent Care Network, Emergency Data Flows in the NHS and the arising 111 Service
· KPI Metric formulation and baseline gathering
· Flexible approach to switching between developer and project manager
