As Ops Engineer you will be part of a team that is the intermediary between our business partners and our (global) suppliers. You are able to understand complex technical (network) infrastructure, manage, and do accounting. Furthermore you have experience with process-based work (ITIL) and have a coordinating role in the management of suppliers.

General knowledge/experience:
Working in large, complex organization that is continually subject to change. Experience working in or with financial institutions, large IT environments. Project experience.

Technical knowledge/experience:
Knowledge of LAN/WAN/DC environments (CCNA level or equivalent), knowledge of Cisco environments, minimal security knowledge base. ITIL knowledge and experience

Language skills:

Substantive description:
The ordering and send timely and accurate delivery of WAN network solutions for customers of the infrastructure company or for third parties. The properly administer the WAN solutions client databases. Control of financial administration and coordination with financial and contract management contacts within the client. Daily operational management of suppliers. SLA monitoring, and ITIL related reports that are delivered by suppliers. Ensure that the georderde solutions are tested and delivered in production. Also performing operational management for the network environment including Incidents solve, solving problems. Risk resolve issues, structural measures to implement (security) to prevent incidents and audit points. Central handle mailbox requests. Activities are carried out in a DevOps/scrum team organization decor.
