+ Operation, Monitoring and Optimization of Network Services for virtualised customer Data Center infrastructures
+ 2nd level Support for Data Center LAN infrastructure (Cisco Nexus and Catalyst series)
+ Incident, Problem and Change Management in complex LAN environments
+ Monitoring/Reporting with existing solution (CA Spectrum, CA eHealth)
+ Taking over project requirements into operation
+ Dcumentation of structures and processes
+ Degree or equivalent level of education in an IT-based subject
+ Professional qualifications such as Cisco CCIE/CCNP + Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a network support environment
+ Experience of working in technical virtual environmens
+ Process oriented thinking (ITIL)
+ Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
