SENIOR NERC-CIP BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This project is a component of the NERC CIP Tools Program, focused on Configuration Monitoring (CfM), Logging and Monitoring (LM), and Vulnerability Management (VM) activities involving detailed requirements development, Service Level Agreement (SLA) development, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for an approach leveraging identified tools.
- This project will focus primarily on activities such as developing a current state assessment, designing a technical architecture, and coordinating POC activities to test aspects of the design.
- Organizational change management activities will also be performed to begin planning for business impacts resulting from the project.
- Analyze and design new business processes.
- Create detailed business requirements and use cases, assist in current/future state architecture documentation, set up and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Help lead discussions with business area subject matter experts to define the business processes required before technical architecture design work begins.
- Work with architects and other planners to assess current capabilities and capture future state design.
- Assist in planning, facilitation, formulation, and documentation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements, use cases into test conditions, and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the Verification and Validation Overview, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfil the requirements.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community. Participate in a user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
- Serve as a resource for change management team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience with deployment of configuration monitoring software such as NNT or Tripwire Enterprise
- Experience with deployment of SIEM software such as Arcsight or Tripwire Log Center
- Experience with deployment of vulnerability management tools such as Nessus or IP360
- Experience working in a regulated environment
