Senior Murex Support Analyst - Investment Banking - Holland

THE CLIENT - My client is a leading investment bank based in Amsterdam, Holland.

They are currently looking to hire a Senior Murex Support Analyst to join their Front Office Murex Production Support team. The products that the system support are FX, Money Markets and Equity Derivatives. This vacancy is positioned on the trading floor so therefore will have daily interaction with traders and senior stakeholders. The candidate must have the ability to support the traded products within a Front Office environment and be confident to interact with senior stakeholders to manage expectations.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SENIOR MUREX SUPPORT ANALYST - INVESTMENT BANKING - HOLLAND

- Responsible for stability of production environments ensuring all applications and interfaces have maximum availability.
- Act as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams like Infrastructure, 2nd line, IT Service to resolve complex issues and outages.
- Manage/coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution.
- Highlight user training and education needs and maintain excellent user satisfaction.
- Highly motivated to learn and manage different applications
- Follow escalation procedures during outages and ensure root-cause analysis.

THE PERSON FOR THE SENIOR MUREX SUPPORT ANALYST - INVESTMENT BANKING - HOLLAND

- Should have excellent commercial experience supporting Front Office applications in Investment Banking
- Excellent knowledge of the Murex system
- Excellent knowledge of FX Options/IRDs/Commodities/Credit Derivatives products
