Long term - 6 months+

Delivery of CRM configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts for the CRM project in an agile environment.
Contribute to the Mediahuis architectural best practices
Providing hands-on mentoring and expert-level technical assistance to junior members of the CRM-development team within Mediahuis.
Ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed

Technical skills:
At least 4 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM projects
MS Dynamics CRM certification (2013 or higher)
Knowledge of CRM 2011
In-depth hands-on knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and web services
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins
Experience in architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services
Strong Knowledge of C#, JavaScript and SQL
Knowledge of ESB integration and SOA
Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Design Patterns, and other architectural principals
Desirable:
Data Migration Experience

Personal skills:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills ( + fluent in Dutch, English is a plus)
Willingness to work at the 3 Mediahuis locations (Hasselt, Groot-Bijgaarden and Antwerp)
Teamplayer
Knowledge and experience in an Agile SCRUM-based environment
Affinity with the media sector
