SENIOR MOBILITY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington, DC.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Five (5+) years of Android and iOS support
- Two (2+) years lead/senior roles in a mobility support group
- Android and iPhone technical knowledge to Tier 3 level
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Propose mobile device business solutions

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Participate in the periodic enhancement and review of the Purchaser's Mobile Strategy
- Participate in fine-tuning the Purchaser's Country Office Mobile strategy on a managed-diversity
- approach depending on availability of service in-country
- Participate in defining standards, technology selections, and security standards
- Monitor mobile technology updates and provide information on mobile devices, service plans, service
- availability in-country, vendor news and support updates
- Plan for obsolescence and decommissioning of Mobile devices in the environment
- Provide monthly metrics (eg Number and types of devices in the environment, coverage, etc)
- Collaborate with the Innovation, Outlook and other appropriate teams in researching devices and
- alternative business use of the mobile devices other than the regular email, data and voice features
- Propose mobile services solutions or business solutions or uses of mobile devices
- Perform a Project Lead role or actively participate in the implementation of approved mobile
- services projects, depending on the size and scope of the project
- Issue Quarterly Mobile Services "How To" newsletters to provide tips on using mobile devices and services cost-effectively in the different regions of the world
- Propose, test, plan, document and lead implementation of configuration changes, firmware and
- software upgrades of existing Mobile devices
- Lead the activities of the Mobile Services Support team
- Provide Tier 3 Mobile devices and services support for all clients, domestically and CO based clients.
- Assist Authorized Users on configuration/installation, support and use the purchaser email system on
- iOS and Android devices

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Deep technical knowledge of Android and iOS mobile devices
- Experience in a mobility technical lead role of at least two years and at least 5+ years of mobility support experience
- Mobility experience required, hands-on in previous jobs.
- Be able to provide team lead responsibilities and oversight.
- Able to quickly come up to speed and be hands-on as needed in the current Mobile Analyst duties
- Past Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager positions held.
- Excellent customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Oversaw in past jobs a minimum of 2/3 people.
