Senior Mobile Web Application Developer

We are seeking a strong architect/developer used to working on a small team wearing many hats, where every person plays a critical role in the success of the team. The position is responsible for taking functional specs and wireframes and turning them into a fully functioning application on their own. This position is responsible for development of new mobile web applications using primarily Javascript, jQuery, CSS and HTML. There is a strong focus on quality code delivered perfectly the first time.

The successful candidate will have the ability to learn the business and put themselves into the role of the user to design the best solution possible. This position is hands on development and also requires the ability to architect and deliver a complete solution individually, including all technology components. Must be able to work independently to deliver stories. Must be able to learn the existing extensive application framework quickly with little hand holding and handle a fast paced and constantly changing environment and requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Must be an excellent developer whether you have 2 years or 20 years is less relevant that the speed and quality of the code written.
- 2+ years HTML and CSS
- 2+ years experience with Java, Javascript
- 2+ years Jquery.
- The successful candidate will be very sharp and able to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience delivering applications in a small team environment.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- Prefer some experience with Mobile development on Android or iPhone
- 2+ years of experience in application performance testing and tuning.
