Senior Mobile or Web Business Analyst Job

SR. WEB OR MOBILE BA needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, WA.

- Native Mobile App or Large External Consumer facing website experience
- Strong Business Analysis and communication skills
- Ability to drive Agile/scrum methodology

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Bringing amazing web and mobile experiences to life
- Working alongside other folks in what is considered pretty much the happiest place on Earth.
- Our Senior Business Analysts work side-by-side with client teams to serve as the bridge between technology and the business. They are subject matter experts and have the added responsibility of mentoring and coaching up to five of our BAs as well as the clients' team, so you really do have to know your stuff!
- Managing the performance of Business Analysts through effective objective setting and conducting engagement reviews
- Mobile app experience (native, ipad, android, iOS, etc.)
- Contributing towards the development and delivery of appropriate training
- Coaching and mentoring of Business Analysts at client site
- Working on business cases, feasibility studies and vendor selection
- Eliciting, reviewing, defining and documenting business requirements
- Facilitating workshops to elicit and prioritize requirements
- Documenting the 'as-is' and 'to be' business processes
- Assisting with User Acceptance Testing
- Project management activities and post project reviews.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree or BCS/IIBA BA qualification
- We are looking for people with extensive Business Analysis skills across a variety of sectors, methodologies and techniques but we also only recruit people who are open, collaborative and who echo our values.
- Native Mobile App or large Consumer facing web experience
- Familiarity with the UX/UI Process
- Scrum/Agile
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role and in business analysis methods/techniques
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
- High level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods
- Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project life cycle
- Management, coaching or mentoring experience
