Senior mm-Wave Chipset Test Designer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Investigate the latest industrial development trend for mm-wave Chipset, identify the future testing challenges and technologies to research
-Follow up industrial standards and requirements related to mm-wave Chipset testing
-Make the testing strategy for mass production and IQC testing of mm-Wave Chipsets including test items and test equipment selection
-Research and design work for the core parts of test setup such as chamber, switches, mixers, amplifiers, filters, positioning system for DUT
-Lead research and development activities on testing technologies and testing system for client's Chipset
-Work with a team of architects and experts to develop proof-of-concept systems and components
-Provide reports with insights for the suppliers and cooperation partners of mmWave Chipset testing, evaluate potential external partners for collaboration
-Join the projects all over the world (mostly in China), share the experiences and ideas in mm-Wave Chipset testing

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Education in science, electrical engineering or other domain-related discipline
-Very deep R&D experience in the field of R&D testing domain, production testing, and/or reliability testing and quality standards for RF Chipset
-Familiar with 5G mm-Wave Massive MIMO antenna & device technology trends and mm-Wave RF OTA antenna testing
-Familiar with RF PCB design and development, Matlab/Labview, ATE control software, Simulation software: CST/ADS/HFSS Microwave Studio Etc.
-Experience with RF Chipset manufacturers or tier 1 suppliers, RF circuit design, Front-end-module design are appreciated
-Deep understanding of technology trends and industry best practices
