-Provide customers with reliable technical solutions to the complex integration problems associated with business solutions built on the Microsoft platform
-Problem isolation and correction
-User mode debugging
-Perform supportability reviews
-Performance tuning

-Configuration management

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft SCCM and solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting, and examine possible workarounds and escalations as required
-Very good experience in installation, upgrading and operating of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 and SCCM 2012/2012 R2
-Experience in supporting Windows Server and Client Operating Systems (including deployment, clustering, performance optimization and remote access)
-Experience with Windows Deployment Services / Microsoft Deployment Toolkit / USMT
-Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Active Directory Services, as well as Certificate Services / PKI and Internet Information Server
-Experience with XML, VBScript and PowerShell
-Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DNS, WINS, IP routing, network address translation
-Experience with Mobile Device Manager, Windows Software Update Services
-Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management and its complex operational challenges
-Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in German and English
