Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer

SR. MICROSOFT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

This leading organization is seeking a very accomplished Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer who can design, plan and build and bring advanced technical knowledge of Windows 2012 and 2008 R2 Operating Systems and Servers. In this role you will help deploy application infrastructure along with security procedures in a virtualized environment. Additional skills in SAN, Storage, automation, Scripting and other emerging datacenter technologies will be expected.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of Infrastructure Engineering in large enterprise environments with advanced Microsoft skills
- Advanced skills in the following Windows Server 2012 and Operating Systems 2008 R2, OS build automation with SCCM OSD for gold images on Dell Servers with creation of VMware templates
- Experience with supporting technologies for monitoring backups, governance
- Experience with Powershell Scripting or other system automation skills, IIS, SQL and networking knowledge
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills
