Senior MI Analyst/Manager - Manchester - Banking - 11 Months - £550

Gibbs S3 are currently recruiting for an MI analyst to join one of their large clients based in Manchester.

The job holder will need to effectively manage and assimilate a variety of disparate data sources into a cohesive and accurate portrayal of operational performance and then effectively communicate insight to Operational managers in order to prompt act

*5 + years of experience in a similar role.
*Identify opportunities to maximize business performance.
*Promote Data Driven Value Management approach to decisioning
*Complying with governance and compliance requirements.
*Constantly evaluate opportunities to improve MI quality.
*Design and implementation of strategic analysis to track operational performance
*Continuously shape short and long term plans and strategies based on up to date information
*Spot and maximize value adding opportunities, through proactive research into any variances in operational performance and identify underlying causes.
*Provide analytical support across Operations and/or specific Functional Business Units
*Contribute to Strategic Business initiatives across operations by providing performance analysis to support strategies.
*Involvement in the development of Strategic and Performance Agenda for Operations
