Senior Medical Scientific Expert

On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Medical Scientific Expert for a 6 month project in Switzerland.

The role - Provide medical scientific input for assigned studies (late phases), including to planning, execution and reporting of Global Medical Affairs studies, development of study related documents, development of presentation material for study related advisory boards, investigator meetings, protocol training meetings, on-going review of clinical study data, final analysis and interpretation, in collaboration with the Safety Leader, appropriate Global Clinical Team members and the Global Brand Team
- Serve as a disease area scientific and medical expert in the fields of hypertension and or heart failure for internal customers/stakeholders
- provide medical scientific input to MA strategy and related MA plan, development of Clinical Development Plan and guidance and development of local MA clinical programs and provide support in execution

Requirements

- Very experienced in Medical Affairs
- Advanced medical/scientific writing and communication skills
- Experience managing KOLs
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: cardiology, nephrology, hypertension/heart failure
- Experience in clinical development and clinical research
- MD or PhD or equivalent
- Fluent English required additional languages are an asset
