SENIOR MEDICAL HR ADVISOR - 3 MONTHS - CENTRAL LONDON - NHS BAND 6 - JULY START

My client, a large NHS trust in Central London, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Medical HR Advisor into their busy team. The purpose of the job is to manage and provide a comprehensive and high quality Medical HR service to the Trust. The post will also provide a range of expert advice on a complex range of employment related issues, medical and dental terms and conditions, capability and disciplinary matters. The role also deals with recruitment matters in connection with rotational trainees from theLondonand other Deaneries.

The post holder will work with the senior team, leading on the identification and implementation of new initiatives and changes within the medical workforce and identify and implement service improvements and quality solutions.

The post will also lead on key projects as determined by the Medical HR Manager and the Head of Medical Workforce in relation to medical staff.
