SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER, AUXILIARY SYSTEMS- STRONG NAVAL KNOWLEDGE

A Senior Mechanical Engineer, Auxiliary Systems with Strong Naval Knowledge is required to work on a six month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our Defence client based in Portsmouth

This is a 6 month contract working for a leading defence company.

OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER, AUXILIARY SYSTEMS CONTRACT ROLE

The senior Mechanical Engineer, auxiliary systems will lead a small team of mechanical engineers to deliver designs for the inside machinery space (IMS) and outside machinery space (OMS) auxiliary and ancillary systems.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER, AUXILIARY SYSTEMS

- Experienced team leader/manager
- Auxiliary systems experience
- Strong naval/mechanical experience

The role is based in Portsmouth, Hampshire - commutable from Southampton, Cowes, Isle of Wight, Salisbury, Winchester, Andover, Basingstoke, Guildford, Aldershot, Crawley, Horsham, Brighton, Worthing, Chichester
