Senior Mechanical Engineer

One of the Largest Oil and Gas Service Providers in the world are looking for a well educated Mechanical Engineer to work in their cutting edge new product development department in Gloucester.

The Research and Development Mechanical engineer will join a leading global drilling services design team and work on the cutting edge of drilling technologies. The position is to support the sustaining engineering and production group and work in great detail with Surface Pressure Equipment connected with Wireline operations.

The candidates main skills and experiences are:

2:1 Minimum in Mechanical Engineering

3D Cad and FEA experience

Highly skilled within design, analysis and testing roles

Surface Pressure Equipment experience is a distinct advantage

Knowledge of the EU Pressure Directive

EU National imperative
