Senior Mechanical Development Engineering Lead

Real Staffing Group is looking for a hands-on Senior (Mechanical) Development Engineering Lead to join aHaywardbased medical device company. This successful company is looking to bring on a leading member of their full time engineering team. This position has the potential to grow into a Principal Engineering title or Project Management.

Requirements:
* B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
* 7+ years' related mechanical design and development of electro-mechanical or opto-mechanical products
* CAD design experience using Pro-E or Solidworks
* Experience with medical standards (IEC 14971, IEC 60601 and ISO 10993)
* Experience with writing tests and protocols
* Experience with physical certification testing, documentation and FMEA's
* Experience creating engineering change documentation for new product releases and existing product improvements required.
* Experience with laser and opto-electronics systems is desirable

Salary:

$100-130k depending on experience
