Senior mechanical engineer required in Gloucester

My client is a multi national company specialising in the heavy engineering industry looking for an exceptionally experienced senior mechanical engineer.

Your duties will involve effectively managing the engineering design.

You will be required to have experience in the following areas?

- Design of mechanical handling systems with harsh environments
- Heavy steel fabrications and mechanisms
- Calculations both structural and mechanical
- Hydraulic systems design and packaging of the system
- installation and commissioning of the equipment
- checking and approving other persons work
- working with highly pressured environments
- degree qualified or equivalent experience in engineering discipline
- 3D CAD either AutoCAD or Autodesk inventor
- Design and project management processes

Salary will be dependant on the experience of the candidate.
