Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Due to massive wins for long-term renewable projects, we are looking for a keen Mechanical Engineer to join a leading engineering company based inBournemouth. We are looking to bring on a candidate who would like the chance to take the lead on projects and provide sustainable mechanical expertise on a wide range of Hydro-Engineering projects. The Person We are searching for a candidate that is looking for their next career move, with previous experience working on Hydro-Mechanical experience designing Turbines. To be considered you will have the following: - 6 - 10 Years industry experience designing Tidal Turbines - The ability to use CAD, specifically AutoCAD or equivalent - Be client facing, taking specifications and delivering fixed price projects in a tight-nit team environment - The ability to capitalise on problems and find solutions The Role - You will be tasked in aiding the managing director in all projects the company has going on. - You will be asked to head on site and help run projects and mentor the younger members of staff - Be part of an exciting new Tidal project working in the renewable sector.
