IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Development of strategic marketing plans including the best possible marcom-mix extending from PR to direct mail, social media, events, collateral
-Alignment of the marketing plans with the Business Unit activities and set-up of joint initiatives
-Implementation of the global communication activities into the overall marketing plan
-Work closely with the agency network in order to achieve optimal performance and delivery against approved plans
-Ensuring a consistent look and feel between all campaign elements
-Development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market
-Communication of the value proposition of the products to the sales team and development of the sales tools necessary to support the selling process
-Strategy development including management of marketing programs to drive demand for the products
-Development of highly tailored content for presentations, demonstrations, datasheets, white papers, customer and case studies
-Delivering effective presentations and product demonstrations as needed to support analyst, partner, and prospective customer meetings
-Measuring of campaign deliverables and processes incl. analysis of effectiveness and identification of opportunities and improvements
-Final responsibility for all deadlines (definition and control)
-Central point of contact for the marketing team

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in delivering project on time and on budget, without close supervision
-Profound product marketing experience in a field facing role
-Perfect English spoken and written
-PowerPoint master, strong on Excel
-Proven record of marketing strategy and execution
-Active in social media, internally and externally
-Able to set benchmarking and measurement standards
-Able to thrive in a corporate environment, ideally experienced within a matrix organisation
-Strong understanding of marketing tactics and planning processes
-Very strong written communication skills
