Senior Marketing Manager - Insurance

A Senior Marketing Manager is required for a leading UK Insurance Provider to the motoring world. If you are the right person for this role you will be able to demonstrate previous delivery to reputable organisations and also have excellent experience and knowledge of the insurance sector.

Responsibility:
To lead and develop the Insurance marketing strategy and direct Insurance sales and marketing planning across all consumer insurance products. Including; private car, home and niche products. Cross-functional delivery to market of direct and cross-sales propositions for all insurance products through multi-media campaigns and multi-channel sales initiatives.

Required Experience:
*In-depth knowledge & experience of Financial Services and specifically consumer insurance products
*Experience of managing commercial KPIs
*High degree of commercial acumen and focus on driving sales
*Good experience of proposition development and sales promotion management
*Experience of consumer marketing, gained within a high-profile consumer services brand
*Expertise in digital marketing techniques
*Experience of driving customer insight from a range of sources (traditional research, front line touch-points, data analysis etc.)
*Ability to deliver at pace in a high-pressure environment
*Experience of Matrix & virtual team management
*Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
*Knowledge of Compliance & Financial Promotions regulations
