Senior Marketing Manager - ICT/Telco Industry

My client is seeking a SR. MARKETING MANAGER to help lead efforts to operate a community on a global scale which is a member based organization offering leadership services to the CSPs executives in three key areas: leadership development, content and programs to help evolve and influence the ICT profession.

The ideal candidate will be highly creative, up-to-date on the latest online media platforms, have knowledge in creating multi-channel marketing campaigns, be social media savvy, able to forge external partnerships, have exceptional written communication and organizational abilities.

The Sr. Marketing Manager reports directly to the Project Director and works closely with all departments including R build relationships with senior level industry and key industry influencers for content generation.
- Design and develop innovative, engaging and effective curriculum and content on diverse leadership development and organizational transformational topics.
- Regularly attend face to face community meetings/events.
- Establish content marketing strategies leveraging multiple channels, especially the social media. Manage the development and implementation of marketing programs to drive traffic to the website and leads for our sales team.
- MINIMUM 10 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN ICT INDUSTRY; Consulting firm background and experience with a global organization is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and supervisory skills, Demonstrated ability to build relationships with people at all levels, especially the CSPs executives and ICT industry influencer
- Knowledge of basic business concepts is essential
- The ability to assimilate complex information quickly
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven with strong project management capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to edit content and for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple priorities; create content/resources and revise curriculum on an as needed and timely basis
- Bachelor and/or advanced degree, as well as experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar field
- Edit and post content rapidly and often without oversight. Works independently when required, but participates with the rest of the team in structuring content and crafting larger projects.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task projects, ensuring timely delivery of all content

Some travel to clients, partners, marketing agencies and event implementation is required.
