Senior Marketing Manager/Campaign Manager - London - Urgent

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER/CAMPAIGN MANAGER - LONDON - URGENT!

- Experience in developing marketing strategies that balance delivery of best in class experiences for customers and commercial results.
- Proven track record of delivering successful customer marketing campaigns across DM and Digital channels
- Strong direct marketing and analytic skills.
- Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to demonstrate having delivered results in a large and Matrix organisation
- Diplomatic and able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in managing agency and supplier relationships.
- Minimum 10 years marketing experience in Financial Services marketing (ideally cards experience).
- Deep understanding and experience of engagement and retention marketing.
- Able to demonstrate experience of building and executing successful customer retention marketing programmes.
- Able to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Some people management experience would be preferred.
- Some budget management experience would be preferred.
