Projektbeschreibung

Senior Marketing Executive (email, copywriting, analytics, B2B) to join a market leading job board, to create and implement a marketing plan to achieve audience and revenue growth.

You will be reporting to the Marketing Director and will have experience in building brand and audience engagement across multiple channels as well as good technical knowledge. You should be fluent in Google Analytics and have a clear track record of delivering consumer, brand and commercial benefits

Responsibilities:
*Developing and implementing brand positioning and marketing plans.
*Building brand and audience engagement across multiple channels (email, social, mobile, partnerships and offline).
*Understanding innovations in digital marketing and strategy of key competitors.
*Work with the sales team to identify and create new revenue opportunities.
*Effectively managing the marketing budget.
*Working with existing channel partners and developing collaborative partnerships to extend audience and communities.
*Reporting and analysing site performance and metrics, using these to improve customer journey.
*Developing segmented email marketing campaigns to retain and engage site audiences.
*Take control of editorial content production and syndication - press releases, newsletters, site news.

Required skills:
*A background in B2B and b2c marketing.
*Degree educated.
*Email and copywriting experience essential.
*Multi-channel expertise with a clear track record of delivering consumer, brand and commercial/business benefits.
*Good understanding of Analytics to measure site and campaign performance (Google and Adobe/Omniture).
*Good technical knowledge of email marketing.
*Excellent relationship and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
*Strong organisational skills - ability to organise and deliver projects involving multiple work streams.

Desirable Skills:
*Strong commercial acumen.
*First class communication skills including the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Analytic, creative and innovative.
*Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
*Ability to identify issues and solve problems based on sound judgement.
