SENIOR MARKETING CONSULTANT: DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA: WORLD LEADING OIL & GAS CO.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Consultant to work within Recruitment Marketing. As Senior Marketing Consultant you will be responsible for managing key marketing channel initiatives globally, including researching, developing and managing project plans, outlining steps necessary for successful launch and production of all elements necessary of the project, ensuring successful implementation and reporting progress.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Works with Recruitment and Marketing stakeholders and external partners on assigned channels initiatives, including digital programs, events and online communications.
- Owns and develops required project plans and project timelines
- Responsible for the production of all marketing collateral, ensuring quality and compliance with required brand guidelines, appropriate vendor selection, and that projects are completed within time and budget.
- Acts as facilitator/trainer/manager for all team members required to participate and contribute to the assigned channels initiatives.
- Directly manages external vendors as they work on specific projects and ensures compliance with key brand and Group guidelines.
- Provide on-going research on assigned projects- trends, usage, external market activity etc.
- Facilitate channel contract creation and renewal, as required.

ABOUT YOU:

- Proven project management experience (project scoping, dependencies, needs, timelines, management etc.).
- Experience in working with digital/social media/marketing initiatives
- Post graduate degree (marketing, digital media or related fields is desired)
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects of different scope and complexity simultaneously
- Ability to efficiently manage activities and resources, remain objective in setting and assessing work and ensuring team buy-in, so responsibilities are met on a consistent basis.
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to understand implications/synergy with the big picture
- Demonstrated ability to work in a Matrix organization, in a self-guided manner and in an interdisciplinary team effectively.
- Have risk analysis and management, estimation, planning and decision making skills.
