IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Lead the design development and roll-out of market-winning direct-to-consumer (DTC) connections across global markets to deliver growth targets
-Work with the lead Tier 1 global markets (US, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, China, Russia, MENA, India) on the harmonization of brand communications under the new brand identity of OneTouch
-Champion the understanding of consumer insights across T1 markets and bring the voice of the consumer to the development, launch excellence and tracking of new launches
-Advise T1 markets on strategies to uplift brand equity, optimize media investments and track execution/ROI
-Collaborate with markets to upgrade in-market IMC capabilities and skill sets
-Reinforce a culture of connection, sharing and leverage of best practices and export key campaigns to maximize profitable growth
-Exhibit a global mind-set in all your activities, preferably drawing on multi-market or international experience
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-MBA in Marketing
-Experience in Consumer Healthcare, OTC or FMCG, especially equity development/360 consumer connections, hands-on experience in digital activation, social media, media plans experience in global markets e.g. US, Canada, France, Germany, China, Russia, MEA is a plus
-Core marketing skills (e.g. consumer insights generation, branding, differentiation, messaging, agency management)
-Strong presentation and communications skills are required
-Strong cross-functional experience with emphasis on marketing and sales experience applied in varied contexts – customers, competitors, markets, products, geographies etc.
-Strong project management capabilities, influencing and negotiation skills, collaborative leadership, connective communication, core brand equity marketing skills, P and L literacy
