The Program Production and Execution Lead provides critical support role in the delivery of successful demand generation programs. With direction from the Program Manager, the Program Production and Execution Lead manages both initial build-out and ongoing changes to core digital nurturing programs and campaigns that serve as a critical link between front-line engagement and sales-side conversion of leads into opportunities. The role requires 1) On-time project management related to campaign, content and technology production and build-out, 2) Hands-on "configuration" in the marketing automation platform to review, add and change elements of marketing automation programs, and 3) Monitoring, analysis, and reporting to management, with alerts and recommendations for improvements.

Primary KPI for this role is ability to deliver program and campaign build-out and changes on a timely basis.

Responsibilities Break-Out:

- 30% - Program build-out and content integration
- 20% - Analysis and proposals for improvement
- 50% - Marketing Automation program building

Specific Responsibilities:

- Project management of campaigns and assets
- Marketing Resource Management System entries
- Build out of campaigns in Marketo Marketing Automation System
- Maintenance of SharePoint site
- Updates to Global Field Marketing on campaign delivery
- Administration of project plan
- Project ownership of content syndication communication, posting, reporting
- Collateral Asset coordination with vendors, internal teams, and posting and gating assets

- Weekly report of accomplishments/upcoming
- Weekly metrics capture
