Our Public Sector client is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaigns Officer to support the delivery of a large infrastructure project by delivering on-brand, effective, value for money campaigns. You will be joining a fantastic team within an established Public Sector body.

Responsibilities:
*Manage the delivery of the organisations marketing campaigns including media selection, briefing process, production, delivery and audit. This will include, but not be limited to, campaigns to promote the organisations project. All campaigns to be delivered in line with the organisations External Affairs strategy.
*Deliver a live hoardings strategy and timetable that provides a rationale for the treatment of all sites, including designs and costing throughout the life of the project.
*Work alongside Digital Media Manager to coordinate online components of marketing campaigns.
*Work closely with Project & Research Officer to develop research into the organisations future customers to understand their understanding of the brand.
*Attend external, internal and partner/stakeholder meetings as necessary.
*Work with Graphic Design and Community Relations teams to maintain and deliver marketing campaign materials and hoardings at key work sites.
*Develop, build and protect the organisations brand.
*Support the Head of Marketing Communications and wider team with other communications projects as necessary.

Experience required:
*Degree in communications, marketing or equivalent experience.
*Experience of writing and delivering communication strategies.
*Proven experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, from conception to delivery, including design briefing, agency management, measurement and reporting.
*Strong analytical skills and visual acumen.
*Strong verbal and written communications skills.
*Able to research and produce accurate information in accessible and succinct style
*Strong interpersonal skills.
