The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong PR/Media plan to increase the Employer Brand Reputation at targeted universities in the UK. Leverage Campus activties in the UK for Employer Branding activities. Inititate activties that will improve the overall employer ranking in the UK. Market regional activties internally. Leverage internal communication as much as possible. Accountable for the regionally monthly highlights and marketing highlights input.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing and communications experience as well as experience in FMCG and/or Employer Branding.
