Our client is providing FINANCIAL MESSAGING SOLUTIONS to the BANKING INDUSTRY and is currently looking for a MARKET ANALYST to help them in the development of their MARKET STRATEGY. The MARKET ANALYST will work at our client for at least 7 months.
The Market Analyst will:
Work within the MARKETING PMO OFFICE lies at the core of our client's business, as the Financial Advisor and delivery arm for the organization strategy.
This function is highly visible and challenging: it helps support Executives' decisions on the development of company-wide strategic commercial initiatives and it requires large coordination capabilities across all key company dimensions.
Key deliverables include:
* Assist in the development of our company's TRAFFIC DEVELOPMENT APPROACH and synergies across messaging products, like traffic heat maps, to support our global Steering committee and global account managers.
* Keep abreast with new trends in payments industry, perform in-depth business analysis and develop business insights on customer payments evolution and trends by region, country, corridor, customer, correspondent networks, customer base, and identify possible new revenue products in business based on these insights for correspondent banks.
* Provide insights from above payments trends and traffic dynamics as input to our five years' strategy
* Build an index on which we could benchmark our traffic evolution. This could potentially be based on multiple industry indicators; eg GDP, Trade growth, CPI, Define a model & process that would allow to keep data up-to-date.
The Market Analyst is/has:
- very strong market orientation
- analytical skills
- effective oral and written communication skills in English
- team orientation
- a sound understanding of the financial messaging business
