Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Operations Manager: My client, a leading HVAC supplier are currently seeking an experienced operations manager to join their team in Birmingham. You will be for delivering sales, achieving production targets, profit margins, develop staff and create a fast paced, successful production facility. The successful applicant will challenge performance in all areas, use a common sense approach to ensure the most efficient cost effective ways of fulfilling production plans, thus increasing productivity and profitability To be considered for the role you must have the following: - A credible, professional manager, who understands the fundamentals of business. - Educated at least to HND level or equivalent. - Straightforward leader who is able to communicate desires and needs effectively whilst being able to listen to ideas from others. - Capable of developing to a more senior management role and keen to do so. - Project management skills are essential, with ability to meet project deadlines . - Charismatic personality, strong, confident people management skills. - Confident in all situations, i.e. customer facing, dealing with internal sales, engineering, production and all other departments.
