SENIOR MANAGER - STRESS TESTING & FORECASTING - CARDIFF

OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Head of Divisional Reporting, Planning & Forecasting, this is a key role based in Cardiff with responsibility for defining and managing the divisional approach to data management and providing assurance over the integrity of divisional reporting and planning data.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RELATIONSHIPS:
* Oversee and maintain the integrity of divisional financial and non-financial data held on planning & reporting systems.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practice across the division in respect of data management.
* Support planning and reporting deliverables by designing and maintaining the interface between planning and reporting systems and the Divisional Data Warehouse and other reporting tools.
* Manage the process for structure changes and restatements, co-ordinating activities of business units and managing interface with Finance Business Services.
* Manage a virtual team of colleagues from Planning and Reporting teams to ensure effective delivery of responsibilities.
*Review, evaluate and mitigate potential risks, ensuring appropriate control procedures are in place to provide assurance of data integrity.
* Demonstrate the core values and behaviours individually, as a leader and as an active team member.

ESSENTIAL SKILL SET
Qualified Accountant
Strong Product Knowledge across various asset classes
Stress Testing Experience - Will be immersed into reviewing Stress Testing Processes
