Leading pharmaceutical company in New Jersey is looking for you to be there next Senior Manager of Biostatistics and lead their team!

You will immediately get to provide direct project and team oversight supporting clinical trials. You will also be given the chance to train, mentor, and develop other statisticians on your team.

Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee numerous projects in various therapeutic areas
- Manage cross-functional teams including statisticians, programmers, and data managers
- Report to Director of Statistics
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Functional lead to other cross-functional teams
- Effectively assign and communicate priorities and work direction to ensure completion of assigned tasks on time and within budget

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- PhD in Statistics related field (M.S. will be considered)
- 8+ years clinical experience
- Experience leading team, allocating budget, managing timelines and evaluating performance
