The team itself will be responsible for developing the segment proposition accross Retail, within the context of the economic, regulatory and competitive headwinds currently facing the business.
The succesful candidate will be a proven strategic thinker and will have the following responsibilities:
*Lead business model reviews for the mass affluent segment
*Develop customer level segmentation and treatment strategies across multipleproduct lines
*Identify cross product opportunites to diversify and optimise segment income streams
Drive sollaboration across Retail Products on bespoke proposition development
Work with diverse senior stakeholders accross the bank.
