Senior Manager - Family Office - ZURICH The client Our client is a successful and fast moving international Multi Family Office. The company is today looking for a SENIOR MANAGER to lead the Trust businesses, covering European clients (mainlyGermany andSwitzerland). The purpose of the role is to bring strong leaderships within the office, to reinforce the business development and to contribute to the office growth. The role As a Senior Manager you will be dealing directly with the Head of the country and the Director of the business line, your main duties will be: · Supervision of the Trust and Private Clients business · Developing and following up strategy and management vision · Team leading: coaching, leading, developing and supporting the staff · Ensuring the compliance and quality on Offshore and Onshore clients advisory · Developing and maintaining clients relationships, including business development and new clients acquisition · Managing some strategic clients and providing them the right support - including having a clear vision and deep knowledge of these strategic client's financial situation · Ad hoc projects and support, depending on the business need The requested profile · Chartered Accountant- Qualified Accountant diploma · Min. 8-10 years experience post certification within the financial sector: ideally a first experience in audit firm and a second experience in front office/private clients/family office (including clients and business development) · Having a strong business network and excellent contacts in Germany and Switzerland · Strong understanding of Trust and corporate structuring (offshore and onshore) · Outstanding communication skills, internally and externally, at every levels · Client and service minded, customer care oriented, team spirit, risk oriented, entrepreneurial, strong analytical skills and sales skills · IT literate and very good excel user (ability to produce quality and complex reportings) · Willing to have occasional travels (Europe or other) · Native (or similar) German and fluent in English, French is a plus · Eligible candidates: candidates who have a significant experience on the Swiss or German market, in possession of a EU passport The offer Entrepreneurial, business minded and fast moving environment, this company is a great place to continue your career in Management within an international atmosphere.
